#873 Ruining your snow angel when you stand up

Ah, a fresh coat of snow. Perfect snow angel making weather and conditions greet you as you step outside. Before you leap into snow heaven, you should keep in mind that the creation of a snow angel means you'll need to remove yourself from within your own creation. Removing yourself from your snow angel is a very delicate process. One wrong step and your wing is disfigured forever. All that hard work for nothing!

It's not easy to keep your angel in pristine condition. You have to get up slowly, making sure to not place your hands on either side of the angel. Once you're standing inside of your snow angel, you can't just walk away, that would be too easy. You have to make a leap away from the angels insides to avoid leaving awkward footprints too close to your angel. If you've successfully done this, congratulations, you made yourself a good looking snow angel. Let's be honest though, how often do you actually take the time and care to do all this? Yeah, I thought so. That's why your angel has feet coming out of its feet.

It's just slightly annoying.

#900 Wearing warm clothes because it's cold in the morning but then being too hot later in the day

You think you have it under control when you put on that long sleeved fleece and jeans in the morning. It's cold! The weather man has informed you that it will get a little hotter, but the "real feel" isn't an unbearable temperature for jeans and long sleeves.

At this point in your life, you must realize that you are wrong just about 100% of the time.  The slight annoyance that we feel when overheating in the inappropriate clothes is one of the many reasons that we should bring snap pants back to fashion.

Mother Nature is out to get us. I'm sure I've said that before, because I'm sure it's true. I'd like to meet Father Nature and ask him what he was thinking when he married such an evil being. Guess what Mother Nature? We're (inadvertently) going to global warm your home and you're going to be as inappropriately dressed as you have us on so many days.

It's just slightly annoying.

#901 When your car frosts over on the outside and inside

How is this fair? You can't fix this immediately; you can't have the defogger and the heat on at the same time. The frost doesn't even need an open window to crawl through, it just magically gets in your car and makes an ice sculpture out of everything.

It's just slightly annoying.

#938 Gray leftover snow

Ah, there's nothing like waking up to see a new, fresh coat of powdery snow on the ground. But time is cruel. As days go by, the snow begins to lose its glamour and color. While there may be nothing like a fresh coat of snow, there's also nothing like the piles of dirty, gray, disgusting snow that accumulate on the sides of streets, in parking lots and on the sides of your driveway. These piles of snow aren't fun to play with, look at, or even be in the presence of. They're just...there.

Talk about the eyesore of the season.

It's just slightly annoying.

#939 The discrepancy between the temperature and what if "feels" like

If you're not aware of this discrepancy, you should stop reading this post immediately and head over to weather.com. Once there, type in your zipcode and find the current weather. Here, you'll find two numbers. One number is the actual temperature and the other number is what it really "feels like." The discrepancy between these numbers can be pretty significant, enough that you might even reconsider your wardrobe.

This discrepancy begs an obvious question. Why is there any difference between the temperature and the real feel? This difference seems stupid. If the temperature is 43 degrees, why does it feel like 37 degrees? Does the thermometer not feel what we feel? That thermometer must be feeling just as cold or just as hot as we are. So why even say it's 37 degrees when it's really 43 degrees?

It's just slightly annoying.
